Negretti & Zambra Vintage Anemometer Leather Case Cornwall Mining Air Flow Meter

This is a rare Negretti & Zambra of London Black lacquered portable anemometer, with alloy vanes and fitted a single dial. It was used for measuring air flow in mine workings and comes complete with the original leather case.

The meter appears to function well and the dial is marked for 30-300 F. And is also stamped No E 7935, both the meter and the case are in good used condition. The diameter is 10.5cm (4.25") and the case measures 13cm (5.25") high.
