You will be notified digitally and your parcel will be taken back to your local post office or courier depot for collection. You will need to take your Photo ID into the post office or depot. We do this to protect our customers orders. If you choose safe drop via your mypost app we will not be held responsable for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels.What happens if my item arrives damaged?
