This is a firm policy and will not be negiotable. We are an honest business and if we make a mistake we will do everything we can do to rectify the issue. If a claim is made that the item sent is not as described we reserve the right to request photos as required to determine what the issue is and how it can be fixed. We use a combination of Australia Post, Couriers Please, Fastway Couriers, TNT, Toll iPec, Toll Priority The carrier your item will go with will depend on your location. Where possible items will be sent requiring a signature. Some small items may be sent "ATL - Authority To Leave".

If you have a preference of carrier (for example you only want items sent with Australia Post, please leave a note with the order and we will be happy to do so). You may be required to provide ID when collecting the parcel. If you give "ATL - Autority to Leave" for your parcel please advise in the order notes and we can arrange that for you.
